Popup Store Event in Tokyo
We are pleased to announce our first collaborative pop-up event in partnership with NORA (@nora1985cat).
NORA, based in an atelier in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture,
creates pieces that honor cloth by working with its character and revealing its inherent beauty. Every item is crafted with time and intention, allowing the aged fabric to come alive.
Buttons, thread, and findings are carefully selected to complement the vintage cloth. Each piece is cut to minimize waste, and the construction respects the fabric's unique qualities. NORA listens closely to each cloth, crafting with reverence from beginning to end.
For this event, NORA has created new works that celebrate antique textiles.
This marks their second Tokyo presentation, making it a rare opportunity to encounter their creations firsthand.
We will present a curated selection of vintage military and workwear that shares a natural affinity with NORA's philosophy.
This event brings together the distinct appeal of Japanese and European vintage traditions. We look forward to welcoming you.
