ORDERING
Ordering

Q. 01Can coupons be used on sale items?

In principle, coupons may be used on all items, though sale items may be excluded from time to time.
Thank you for your understanding.

Q. 02What is the "Hold" feature on product pages?

For customers with an online account at our shop, you may HOLD an item for up to one week from the date of request.

Please note the following before using this service.

  • Holds are only for customers ready to purchase. We do not accept holds while still considering.
  • The hold period is up to one week. Extensions are not accepted.
  • Cancellations after request are not accepted.
  • In the event of a no-show cancellation, we may decline future transactions.

Because every item we carry is one-of-a-kind, we have set the rules above. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. 02Is there a payment deadline for bank transfer / convenience store?

For both bank transfer and convenience-store payment, please pay within 3 days of purchase.

* Orders past the deadline will be automatically cancelled, and all subsequent orders will be cancelled as well.

SHIPPING
Shipping

Q. 01How much is shipping?

Within Japan, shipping is a flat ¥980 (including remote islands).

International shipping fees vary by destination region. Once you enter your address at checkout, the fee is calculated automatically.

Q. 02How long does delivery take after purchase?

After payment is confirmed, we ship within 3 days via Kuroneko Yamato Takkyūbin.
For international orders, we use Japan Post (EMS) only.

From the 4th day after your order, you may specify a preferred delivery date and time, so you can receive it at your convenience.

  • * Without a request, items ship at the earliest opportunity.
  • * Some items may not allow date or time-window specification.
  • * During busy periods, delivery may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS
Returns & Exchanges

Q. 01Are returns or exchanges accepted?

Customer-initiated returns or exchanges are not accepted.
Damages, fading, or wear disclosed on the web shop are characteristics of vintage and not eligible for return.

If we ship the wrong item by mistake, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. We will arrange exchange or re-delivery promptly.
(In that case, the return shipping cost is on us.)

We do not currently have a physical store.
We are aware this means you cannot see or try on items in person, and we appreciate your understanding.
