The M-422A is the successor to the M-422, U.S. Navy's first intermediate flight jacket.
Inheriting the essential design of the M-422, this example became the foundational model for subsequent iterations—the AN6552, ANJ-3A, and G-1. For those devoted to vintage, it represents something of an ideal.

The fabric is constructed from goatskin.
